San Felo DOC Maremma Toscana, a viognier native of the Rhone Valley in France, has found its habitat in the warm climate of Tuscany Region.

Harvest: Ripe grapes are harvested, according to weather conditions, between late August and mid-September.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in tanks at a controlled temperature (max 18 ° C), followed by aging on the lees of wine, for about 1 month, in the same tanks. Follow a cooling process to 0°C and a filtration phase. The wine is bottled within February following the harvest.
This wine shows a pale straw yellow color, an intense and elegant aroma with hints of flowers and white fruit and a soft, full and round taste.
